to discuss the details and confirm coverage within a

with your broker/agent to see if you are insured to value

Upon confirming the loss
was caused by an insured peril (coverage listed in your policy), a list or
an appraisal may be required to determine the replacement value or repair
costs (i.e. - Automobile or Property) of lost, stolen, or damaged items.
