Claims Administration/Adjuster
Job description
As a member of the Claims Department you will report to the Claims Manager. You are able to handle entry level to intermediate level claims in the automobile and personal lines categories and also provide claims administration support to the department. Your responsibilities will include strong communication skills in working through the claims process. You have a proven track record of developing and maintaining positive business relations while providing superior service.

Job Requirements
The preferred candidate will have a minimum of 5 years claims department experience. A strong understanding of Policy wordings and decision making abilities. Excellent communication, analytical, organizational and negotiation skills are also required to be successful in this position. You will be a contributor wishing to improve your personal skills, and knowledge while understanding the need for change and have a commitment to our team environment. You have a university degree/college diploma, related business diploma, C.I.P. designation or an equivalent level of education and/or experience.
