• Experience: 1-3 years of related insurance experience or formal insurance education
• Education: University degree, related business diploma from an accredited college, C.I.P. designation or equal combination of education and experience
• Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, negotiation skills. Proficiency using a computer, Microsoft applications, and e-mail is a necessity. As well, the intuition to learn new programs and software is a highly valued asset.
