As a Claims Adjuster for Germania Mutual, you will have to possess great organizational and time management skills. Your goals will include working towards business targets and objectives established for the company. Your success in this role will help develop and maintain positive broker relations and create dependable superior service to our clients.

To be considered for the position, the ideal candidate will demonstrate the following attributes:
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years claims adjusting experience with strong technical knowledge of property, liability and auto insurance products
• Education: CIP or FCIP designation; Valid G Driver’s License
• Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, time management and negotiation skills. Proficiency using a computer, Microsoft applications, and e-mail. As well, the intuition to learn new programs and software is a highly valued asset.
• Job duties: Regularly monitor open claims, follow up and work towards closing as effectively as possible. Handle sensitive and confidential matters with tact, discretion and empathy.

The position requires that the incumbent develops and maintains strong working relationships with policyholders, Brokers and third party business partners. Other duties as required.
