Payments can be made in the following ways:
– Credit card payments can be made on our website.
– Use the bill payments through your bank via online banking or in person and use the policy number as the account reference.

Claims Payments:
– We will utilize EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) whenever possible.
– If EFT is not an option, cheques will be delivered to your broker.

Policy Documents:
– All documents will be sent by courier to your broker.

Refunds:
– EFT will be used whenever possible.
– Cheques, if required, will be sent by courier to your broker.
