TAKE NOTICE that the 145th Annual General Meeting of the Members of Germania Mutual Insurance Company will be held at the Ayton Centennial Hall located at 818 Albert St., Ayton, on March 29th, 2023 at 2:00pm for the following purposes:

  1. To receive and approve the Minutes of the 2021 Annual Meeting.

  2. To receive the 2022 Annual Statement and Auditors’ Report.

  3. To appoint auditors for the year 2023, and authorize the Board to set their remuneration.

  4. To elect three (3) directors for a three-year term. Directors whose terms expire are Gary Ross, Steve Smith and Doug Townsend, each of whom are eligible for re-election and have filed notice of their intention to seek re-election to the Board.

Written notice of the intention to stand for election as a Director must be filed with the Secretary of the Corporation, no later than February 28th, 2023.

Pursuant with our corporate by-laws our 2022 Annual Financial Statement (Audited) will be posted on our website twenty-one (21) days prior to our annual meeting and a copy may be obtained fourteen (14) days prior by sending a written request to the Company’s main office located at 403 Mary Street, Ayton, Ontario.
